We support global delivery and have opened standard and expedited logistics services in the following regions:
The United States and overseas territories (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc.)
Canada, the United Kingdom, major EU countries
Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore

To ensure the safe transportation of goods around the world, we have established long-term cooperation with the following mainstream logistics partners:
USA: UPS / USPS / FedEx Ground / DHL eCommerce
International delivery: DHL Express / FedEx International Priority / UPS Worldwide Saver
All packages can provide real-time tracking numbers, which you will receive by email after shipment.

⏱ Delivery time reference (by region)
Standard delivery: Normally, standard delivery time is 5 working days, depending on your geographical location and order processing time.
Fast delivery: Fast delivery time is usually 3 working days, but it may vary by region.
International delivery: We provide international delivery services, but delivery time and cost may vary by country/region. Normally, international delivery time is 14 working days, but it may be delayed due to customs clearance, logistics company efficiency and other factors.
Import taxes and fees: For international orders, you may need to pay import taxes and fees. The amount and payment method of import taxes and fees should be based on your order and the legal requirements of your country.

Please note that the above time is for reference only, and the actual delivery time may be delayed due to force majeure factors such as weather and traffic.

📦 Packaging and damage guarantee
We use thickened environmentally friendly packaging materials and shock-proof inner pads to ensure the safety of glass products during transportation. If you receive damaged or lost items, please provide photos and contact customer service within 48 hours, and we will provide free re-shipment or refund guarantee.

📋 Import and Export and Tariff Policy
All orders are shipped from the California warehouse in the United States. International orders may be subject to local import regulations.
Orders from some countries/regions may incur tariffs, VAT or customs clearance fees, which are borne by the recipient (if there is no special tax exemption agreement).
Please confirm that your country allows the import of glass products. We are not responsible for customs returns.
